Waivers & Documents e-Signatures
About this Feature
The e-Signatures add-on allows you to create digital documents that can be signed by your customers. This is useful for liability waivers, contracts, and other documents that require a signature. The feature includes the following:
- Fully digital signatures
- Liability waiver tracking, with optional expiration
- Flexible “Document” construct for capturing digital signatures on Contracts/Packages, Sale Agreements, or any other document that is not a waiver
- No “per-user” license requirement like other digital signing solutions
- Fully integrated tracking with e-Ballroom
- Generate, then save or print, a QR code link for easy access by your customers
- Generate "magic links" for inclusion on your website to capture signatures
- No “envelope” limits-- capture signatures* as you need for one flat rate
