Viewing Signatures
There are three ways to view signatures for documents.
View by Document
First, you can view the signatures collected by document by going to e-Signature > Manage Documents.
Locate the document you wish to view signatures for, and press “View Signatures”.
A list of signatures will be displayed for the document. The data shown in the grid is the name, phone, and email the user entered when they signed the document. You can click on the name to view the signatory’s profile within e-Ballroom.
Press “View Signature” to look at the signature and the text of the document/waiver at time of signature. You can also send a copy of the document and their signature to the email on provided by pressing “Send Copy”.
View by Client
To review signatures by client, go to “e-Signatures” > “Review Signatures”. Select the client, and their signatures will appear. You can view the individual signature and associated document text by pressing “View Signature”. Pressing “Send Copy” will email a copy of the document and their signature to the email address provided at signing.
Viewing in a Client’s Profile
When you open a client’s profile by going to “Clients” > “View/Edit Existing Clients”, then opening a client, their waivers and signatures are displayed on the “Waivers & Signatures” tab.
If the client’s waiver is missing, a persistent notification will display.
Clicking on the “Waivers & Signatures” tab will display the current waiver status, as well as the client’s signed documents.
If you expire waivers, the system will alert you to customers that have an expired waiver. This will be reflected by an orange notification and a red “X” in the “waiver is current” overview section.
