Fees and Expenses (Paid by Studio)
If you wish to track the fees and expenses paid by the studio, such as instructor fees for guest instructors, you can utilize this tool. These reflect as negatives on your sales sheets. To access this feature, go to “Sales” > “Fess & Expenses (Paid by Studio)”.
To add a new expense, press the “+” icon. To edit an item, select it and then press the “Pencil” icon. To delete an item, select it and then press the “trash can” icon. To export expenses to Excel, click the “Microsoft Excel” icon. To export expenses to Word, click the “Microsoft Word” icon.
