Export Options

You can export up to 60 days’ worth of private lessons and group classes/social dances.

  • Check “Include private lessons” to include private lessons. You can leave these out and export only group/social dances if desired.
  • If you include private lessons in your export, the following options are relevant:
    • “Include client names” will include the client name in the event title and description
    • “Include notes in description” will include any schedule notes in the event description
    • “Include lesson type codes” will include the lesson type (e.g. contract/package, etc) in the title and description

Note

If an instructor account attempts to export data, and they only have access to their individual calendar, they will ONLY be able to export their own private lessons. Studio accounts and instructor accounts that can view all schedules can perform a complete export.

When ready, press “Export”.

Export Download

After you press “export”, you will be redirected to a download page. It will check for the ICS file and download it when ready. If you are exporting a high volume of events, the export may take more than one try to download. This will happen automatically. Do not be alarmed if export downloads fail on the first or subsequent attempts.

Note

There is a 10 second delay between each download attempt.
