Adding a New Client

Click “Clients” and “Add New Client” to add a client or a couple. To change from client/couple, change the value of the “Single or Couple” drop down list. A screen similar to the one below will appear. (If you are adding a single member, the “Spouse’s Information” column will not appear.)

The only information that is required is the First and Last Name. The birthday information is utilized to generate the “Upcoming Birthday” Report. The “Date” item is used to track when the client first came to the studio; you can ignore this date if you wish or change it later.

When you are ready to create the client, press “Add”.

Phone Numbers, Mailing Address, and Email – Encrypted and Secure!

e-Ballroom allows you collect phone numbers, mailing addresses, and email addresses for your clients. Per the Software as a Service agreement, e-Ballroom (Studioware LLC) does NOT distribute this information to third parties. The information is also stored encrypted (AES 256-bit encryption, the US Department of Defense standard for unclassified data) in our secure database. Furthermore, all of your transactions with our server are conducted using Transport Layer Security (TLS, the follow-on to Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)), meaning it’s encrypted from your browser to our server.
